I hate to do this, but I have to be completely honest. PROS • Secure estate • Rain on the roof is very soothing • Well designed • Pleasant Host CONS • Unit wasn't ready on time for check in • 3 of the 4 a/c units did not work for the first 3-4 days • Poor water quality (brownish & smelly) • Exterior of back of the unit is unkept, not private. Everyone's windows and kitchen door faces a central small empty space • There is no dryer, so you have to avoid the rain when washing clothes. • Appliances: a/c, fridge, freezer, gas stove are very old • Unit has a humid musty smell unless you use incense or a diffuser constantly • Couch & throw pillows were dirty & smelled • Renovation noise in the unit right next door from 7am until 9pm. We had to go next door to complain.. Tobi was pleasant and she really did try to address the issues, but the water condition & noise was out of her control. Unfortunately we had to get a refund & move.

This house was very beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures only disclosure I would like to add is if you are a person that likes a very soft mattress. The beds are very firm, so just a heads up aside from that everything else was good the TVs are smart TV so they have the apps. I logged right into my Netflix account. It was perfectly fine. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes as well. Tobi was very responsive with anything that I had going on but again don’t walk to this place, run to it literally is like a dream come true as soon as you enter the residence. The night shift gatekeepers are amazing and super sweet so tip them please.
