Todd's place is great! His co-hostess, Barbara, met us when we arrived and showed us everything. She gave us great advice and directions. Because she was free, she even drove us to the nearby grocery store and showed us around a little bit. The apartment was sparkling clean. There is a very small beach just across the street from the apartment. When we were there, there were some sharp rocks just off shore. There is another beach only 9 minutes walk away with umbrellas and beach chairs to rent. Barbara was a wealth of information and was often around for questions and advice, when she wasn't nearby, she was very easy to contact and she was extremely responsive. The bedroom had very effective and comfortable air conditioning, and there was a fan to help cool the rest of the house, but open windows let in a great sea breeze. The world famous Oistins Fish Fry is just a 12 minutes walk away, and well worth the walk. We would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay there. The facilities are very clean, well equipped and as pictured in the listing. We saw the green monkeys run across the fence and listened to the frogs during the evening. When we weren’t at the beach we made the most of the patio and lawn chairs on the huge front yard where you can also find lots of shade and a breeze! The location is fantastic, across the road and down the steps is the beach where you can either walk to the surfing area or sit right there and enjoy watching the surfers and the sea turtles. If you walk the other direction it takes you to Miami Beach and then a bit further up, the fish market, local vendors and grocery store. Most importantly the hosts are AMAZING!! Todd was extremely prompt to reply with any questions and Barbara was on site to assist with absolutely anything and everything, which included assisting us in finding the NFL football using the Firestick. Barbara’s a GEM and we are so grateful to have met her

Everything fantastic! Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything and very clean, 1 minute walk from Freights beach and 5 minutes walk from Miami Beach, two of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is also very close to Saint Lawrence Gap, the area with all the night clubs and for those interested, you can reach the best surfing sport on the island (South Point) in just 5 minutes by car.
