been 2 years since i last visited HCM city and went back to the same air bnb host again. still enjoyable as always
I stayed at this place for almost a month and everything was great. Nice view from the top, the area is very peaceful, and there was regular cleaning service. Would stay here again.
Very cosy neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and bars. The host is very responsive and supportive to assist. Value for money, recommended
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! I stayed here for several months, and progressively everything became worse and worse. Honestly, I just did not feel safe, because some of the staff became hostile and I could not trust they would be consistently truthful. Problems: 1. The staff does a terrible job communicating, and they often just do NOT RESPOND to your questions. 2. The INTERNET is very WEEK, unstable, and often just doesn't work. 3. The air conditioner is old, broken, and needs to be put on its lowest setting to have a comfortable temperature in the room. 4. HOT water only if you're LUCKY in the evening. 5. Power failures. 6. The TV is broken and they will NOT fix it. Positives: 1. The doorman, Mr. Trung, is an extremely hard-working man and VERY nice. 2. The cleaning staff is very nice (except for one older lady who is constantly angry.) 3. Alex is a good worker who needs some polishing but is generally helpful. 4. The location is good for having a beer and Japanese food.
there was a huge ruckus created on a miscommunication my date, the property manager started to call me one day prior to my checkout date, they sent cleaning people to the room to ask my wife to vacate all due to an error on their end. the internet was constantly disconnecting and router was not giving speed above 10 MbPS, this problem was not resolved even until the checkout. i would recommend anyone booking this place to reconfirm all details with the manager before their checkin or they may make you feel unwelcome and threatened. my wife was in a trauma to open the gate after the entire fiasco and was shaken up by the time i reached back from my meetings. This was the first time i felt that Vietnam can be unsafe as well. This was my first bad experience in Vietnam and to be frank I am a little hesitant to ask anyone to book this place
