This is our second time at Attik. We absolutely love the entire experience. You will never find a cleaner more well designed apartment in Bogota. The staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive and very helpful. Elsabeth is the best! The bathroom is stocked with Loto del Sur (check out their store in Andino Mall) to present a spa like experience. Cant say enough. We have 2 more future stays planned.

The apartment was exactly as the photos and a really nice location. Everything was super clean and in excellent working order. The doorman was always there and really kind and helpful. Laura was my contact person and starting the day before our arrival she connected with me and during our entire stay was very quick with answering questions and very helpful. We are returning in May for our sons wedding and have rented 4 units for a week and I am so happy with our decision to stay here. I also requested a change in one of our reservations and Camila was so patient walking me through it and making the change possible. Thank you very much to both for a great week.

The apartment is lovely but for advertising as a luxury apartment the towels feel like sandpaper on our skin. Cheap soap liquid for the dishes that do not even make foam. The chef said it was an issue for an you xtra roll of paper towel and 2 days with no maid service! This is not good enough! Changing the bed sheets and towels every other day but not a whole week. We plan to come back to Bogota in Christmas and Easter next year but if you want us to stay here again you must do better. These things only cost a little extra and it is worth it if you want repeat guests. Laura has been great help. When I called her she always answered and sent help right away. We have travelled all over the world and the house keeper who does the bathrooms need to check if things are empty and see if they need filling up. In my experience in different places we stayed we never had to tell the staff. This was the job of house keeping. House Keeping needs to do better.
