Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season. Tentative closing date is likely to be 4/28/24. Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles not permitted. Occupancy Limit: 8
Jesse’s place was very clean and convenient to downtown Breckenridge and the free shuttle. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens and conveniences.

This condo is on Main Street Breckenridge so everything the town has to offer is steps away, including shopping, dining and skiing.
Car: The house has a private garage with room to park one car. There is not guaranteed additional parking onsite outside of the garage so vehicles must be able to fit in the garage (height and length). The complex does have limited first-come, first-served overflow parking onsite and the town Ice Rink lot has paid parking across the street. I suggest having a car with proper snow tires and high clearance in the winter months.
Bus: Town of Breck offers a free bus system called “Breck Free Ride” and Summit County offers a free bus system called “Summit Stage” There are several bus stops in the immediate area.
Ride share: Uber and Lyft are both fairly reliable in our area.
Walking: The condo sits on Main Street so most things are very close to walk to.
