This was the perfect place for a family gathering! This home had a really unique layout. The split level meant grandma could still get up and down the few stairs between bedrooms and main level. Lots of space for toddler to play. Great backyard. One of us has a mold/mildew allergy and was unable to stay in the lower level but it was fine for others. Derek was responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

We so enjoyed our stay here in Lees Summit! The house was a perfect fit for our group as each family had their own space and level, making sleeping a breeze. The ultra cozy beds and surroundings were much needed and very appreciated! The kitchen was spacious, clean and well stocked for cooking our meals. All of us enjoyed the ping pong table and we would definitely stay here again, thank you Derek!

Thank you so much for the wonderful home. Everything went as well as can be expected. There were a couple of small issues that we noted and shared but overall the home was very accommodating for our large party. Everyone loved the location and the room available for comfort and accommodation. We had a wonderful family event and the home was the perfect place for our out of town family to stay for the wedding. Beautiful home! 😍

We were in town for the NCAA Tournament - the house was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Derek was a great host and easy to communicate with, and check in and out.
