Chris place was lovely. We had it for the winter season and it was as beautiful as the pictures, if not more. The house had many thoughtful decorative touches, including candles, Aesops hand washes, pretty plants, plenty of sofa cushions, wood/kindling to make fires etc. The kitchen was also very well stocked with all kinds of spices you will need and great pots/pans and non-stick woks. The grill was also very useful for cooking. We had a very lovely time there and it was just the right fit for our family. There was once that the power went out (not the fault of the host, the whole town was out of power) and he proactively let us know there was wood at the shed and gave us updates. Sometimes we would wake up and we would find deer prints and duck prints around the house, and our city kids found that very charming! We would love to stay at the house again if possible!

One of our better Airbnb stays- the house was clean, exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Slept the four of us very well. Will be staying here again if we're ever in the area.

Just as pictured. A very peaceful and welcoming home. I will say if you’re looking to be close to Catskill it is about a 45 minute to an hour drive away. Kaaterskill falls and Hunter mountain is also an hour away. These were all places we were staying here for. It ended up being further than what was communicated to us but we didn’t mind the drive seeing the beautiful fall foliage. The house was beautifully decorated. The kids didn’t want to leave. Comfortable beds and warm blankets. Quiet neighborhood and it’s close to a lake which was pretty.

Chris and Michael were wonderful hosts. They were wonderful about responding. And worked to accommodate our requests Their house was beautiful and clean - inside and out. The area is beautiful and their welcome packet was quite helpful. We would definitely stay here again
