I stayed at Erin's place in the middle of January on a weekend that never stopped raining. Her home was a little ray of sunshine. It's a little stylish retreat with a generous yard, comfortable furniture and a great kitchen. A real gem. I'll definitely be back...

We had a fabulous time at Leigh’s place! Perfect backyard for our dogs to safely run and play. The kitchen was ready to cook in and the grill was also ready to use as well. Excellent little cozy getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Our recent stay at Leigh's cottage offered a delightful retreat, marked by its charming ambiance and the host's attentive hospitality. The highlight of our experience was the cozy and well-appointed setting, which provided a perfect backdrop for holiday relaxation. However, during a seasonal cold spell, we found maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature challenging. The cottage's quaint charm brings some draftiness, and keeping it above 66 degrees was difficult, likely due to the HVAC system's limitations as indicated by the host's instructions. The fireplace, while a cozy addition, was limited to one log at a time, which didn't significantly warm the space. As a result, extra layers were needed indoors. Despite this, our stay was enjoyable, and this issue seems more acute in colder weather. We appreciated the overall experience and Leigh's efforts to ensure comfort. We're eager to return in warmer months to enjoy the cottage's unique charm once more.

Leigh's cottage was charming with a great screened in porch and outdoor space. It is walkable to the town of Southold and near the marina. The kitchen was stacked with snacks and coffee and had plenty of kitchen necessities. We didn't have time to do much in the area because we were attending a wedding but we could see that there was a lot to offer. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
