In short: I don’t recommend staying here. Positives: the location was great and felt really safe, the beds were comfortable, and the WiFi is fast. Negatives: When I inquired about early check-in several weeks before my trip, the host stated it “might be a back-to-back booking” and couldn’t guarantee the availability - totally understandable, but then they asked for an additional $100 to “secure it.” Seeing as I booked this place 6+ months out, that felt shady and started us off on the wrong foot. The entire unit was dirty with trash left behind and mold in the bathroom. The kitchen is missing a lot of basics. The tram noise would be fine if the windows fully sealed, but they don’t so they’re drafty and it’s loud 24/7. Overall, had we not been in town for F1 with everything else booked, we’d have checked out on day 1 after seeing the bathroom. If not the first day, definitely day 2 after the “cleaner” left everything except what was explicitly pictured to the hosts still dirty.
