- No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay if your stay is less than 2 nights. You will get a neat and clean room upon check-in but during your stay we will not be doing any cleaning or bed making service as it’s a private villa not a hotel or resort . The guests are requested to keep the room neat and clean during their stay. However, the housekeeping staff will come to clean the outdoor pool area on a regular basis.
- No smoking allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke in the outdoor pool area. Penalty of Rs 1000 will be charged incase we find out if this guideline has not been followed.
- If any damage caused to the property you will be reported to Airbnb and asked for a fine.
- Please take special care while entering and exiting out of the pool as the surface might be slippery.
- The main road is just 2 mins walk away and auto rickshaws can be found there. There is ATM 15 mins walk and local food joints are just 5 mins away. Swiggy is available in our area too.
PS: LOUD PARTIES NOT ALLOWED as we live in a quiet neighbourhood

We also provide contact numbers for bike rentals.
Auto rickshaws are available 2 mins walk from the main road.
All in-town tourist attractions are within 10 mins drive.
