THE INTERIOR This upscale one-bedroom one-bathroom condominium apartment featuring cool tiled floors throughout and is located on the second floor of a modern mid-rise condominium building. It has 655 square feet and a balcony lanai. Includes full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, separate bedroom with King size bed, living room with couch that pulla out into a sofabed, a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and free parking. For your comfort, there is an air conditioner in the living room, and there are ceiling fans both in the living room and in the bedroom. The space is set up ideally for a maximum of two persons, as there is one King size bed in the bedroom and in the living room there is a pull-out sleeper sofa. The apartment layout allows cross breezes to gently waft through the apartment from the windows in the bedroom and lanai when jalousie windows are open and trade winds are flowing.
