Had a great stay here, everything was clean and we felt right at home. Private house perfect for a weekend of relaxing. Felt safe in the private community and everyone nearby was very hospitable. Host was flexible with the check out time which helped us tremendously. Highly recommend!

We had the best weekend here! The house fit all 15 of us with plenty of space to spare! Austin & Cherie were very friendly and responded quickly every time! We went to the local winery and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back again!

The home is centered in the Deerfield resort that boasts a Champion Golf Course, Marina, and Airfield (fly-ins welcome!). Just outside the resort and 5 mins from the house is a Winery along with a Local's Bar & grill. Also 5 mins from the house by car or ATV is a playground, swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball and sand volleyball. For residents and guests all sports equipment such as pickleball, basketball etc. are available for free rental from main office. ATVs also available for rent from the office.
Sugarhollow Marina just down the cove offers boat rentals if desired or drop your boat in at the Deerfield Marina.
Deerfield is our own slice of paradise here on Norris Lake.

Everything is accessible by vehicle or ATV. ATVs available for rent from the main office. Ample parking exists just in front of the home.
