Our group of 10 friends had an unforgettable NYE 2023 celebration at an incredible villa, boasting amazing gardens, rooms, porch, pool, table football, gym, and sauna. Why not 5 stars? First and foremost, the host behavior, we felt treated like kids: a. From the first moment, the host threatened us with a "hard check-out inspection" b. Initially denied usage of the fireplace, later relenting with a passive aggressive message Inconvenient Restrictions: a. A big movable JBL box is locked to the wall, preventing it from being moved, a very disappointing limitation. b. The cinema room was cold and humid, making it impossible to sit through 2-3 hour movies in winter Kitchen and Laundry: a. The kitchen lacked essential tools like a mixer and quality knives b. The laundry setup, with a washing machine in the middle of a bathroom discharging into a toilet, was working fine but was unexpected Heating: Centralised heating was not regulated correctly hence some room were too cold

We had a fantastic time at this Villa! The vintage vibe with its solid wooden furniture and classic paintings really stood out. Isabella, our host, was incredibly helpful, arranging airport transportation and making our stay smooth. The villa's proximity to small villages and the stunning views from the roads made the location perfect. The pool was well-maintained, and the daily assistance from the gardener, including garbage disposal, was a nice touch. What really impressed us was the attention to detail. A fully functional kitchen and clean bedsheets made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. In summary, our stay at this villa was great, and we have no complaints. We'd recommend it for a vintage, relaxing getaway. Thanks to Isabella for her hospitality!

Isabella was great to communicate with and property was as listed. Nice surroundings and pool is plenty big. The inside of the house could use some updating.

We enjoyed 1 week at Isabellas house, unfortunately the kitchen needed extra cleaning which Isabella handled very well and fast - Thank you Isabella😊 the train passes the house a few times per hours, but this is not a problem. We had the pleasure of a local chef cooking for us at home - this is highly recommendable and we enjoyed real Italien food a home👌 Isabella also arranged wine tasting for us at a local winery, which was very good. The house is very old and could need some upgrading here and there on the main flot and terrasse. Isabella as host was perfect.
