This cast-iron landmark building is located at the corner intersection of Broadway and Canal street, within walking distance to several NYC neighborhoods (SoHo, Chinatown, TriBeCa, Little Italy, and NYU campus). Nice place second time in New York and yes the same place same satisfaction all good nice room clean and near my train station thanks
I had a great stay here. The management and staff were super kind. The room was clean and had everything that was needed. I’d recommend staying here if you are in NYC. 🗽
For what we paid it was a decent deal. I selected a room for two guests and it did the job, of course it wasn’t a big room and the small view we got was nice. The only downfall was the walls are super thin you can hear almost everything outside your room. For example, the person next door set too many alarms starting at 5:30am and didn’t end until 6am, which is relatable and I understand but definitely kept me on my toes. I could also hear them talking so we kept to a whisper most of the times. Check in and check out was easy, loved how they held our bags for us.
Our building is located in the middle of Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown.
- Tribeca is a hip area known for its old industrial buildings, many now turned into residential loft space. Cobblestone streets are lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants.
- Soho is filled with boutiques, fancy chain stores, and high-end art galleries, a top shopping destination, especially for out-of-towners.
- Little Italy is one of the most iconic neighborhoods of NYC and offers a taste of New York Italian specialties hard to find anywhere else.
- Chinatown is a densely populated neighborhood that draws foodies and tourists to its many Chinese and Southeast Asian restaurants. The busy sidewalks are packed with souvenir stores, bubble tea shops, and markets selling everything from fresh and dried fish to herbs and spices.
