The apartment building was in a very nice area. Not as noisy as other reviewers said. The mi zona staff was accommodating and did provide a shower chair for me as I am a wheelchair user and it’s advertised as accessible. While yes you can get in the building and it’s in a wonderful neighborhood I do think it would be difficult for most wheelchair users. The lift outside the building is always upstairs so you either have to wait for security to lower it or have a family member go up the stairs to bring down the lift. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the apartment requires a very small wheelchair that can do tight turns. One of the bathrooms did have a slight mold smell and the staff after we left sent a message to me about a washcloth being too dirty which I have never experienced. But all and all I do think the apartment was nice and would stay again but advise other wheelchair users to either be able to walk around the apartment, be down for an adventure or stay elsewhere.

This is a great place to stay in Mexico City. It's modern, clean and cozy. The furniture and overall design of the interiors were really nice.The hosts are really nice as well! I forgot my daughter's teddy bear here while checking out and I returned a few days later to collect it, and the host was nice enough to meet me there and return it to me. They didn't need to do that, so I appreciated it very much. The only issue I had was that the crib that was provided was not age appropriate. It was a bassinet, rather than a crib so if your baby can pull him/herself up to stand, then its dangerous for them. So in the end, our baby had to sleep in bed with us which was not ideal for us or her. That's the only issue I had, otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here!
