Excellent view right off the beach. Apartment a bit dated and cramped

All good, the apartment was clean and water front. We enjoyed it! I suggest to update the fridge as it has corrosion outside , and to put cleaning supplies una closet or somewhere (they are standing in the bathroom: broom, bucket, etc). I also suggest providing check in instructions because the reception is across the street (there are 2 buildings , one is pool side and the other beach side, crossing the street) and one has to ask around until finding it. Beyond these small and solvable issues, the place is nice and practical , it has what you need for a nice beach stay.
