We loved this place! Waking up to the awesome 360 mountain views, having coffee on the covered porch and enjoying the absolute silence was fantastic! That was a great time to relax and prep for heading out to BBNP. There were ample amenities provided to cook, clean up and enjoy dinner once you're back from a full day and showered up. We so loved the zero gravity chairs and blankets for star gazing. The bed and pillows were super comfy as well. We had no issues at all - sure hope this place is available for our next visit to Terlingua/Study Butte/ Big Bend. Thanks so much guys for another great AirBNB experience!

Wally's place is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to explore west Texas. Wally's place felt like out home away from home the two nights we stayed. It was quiet and cozy, and the views from the porch are spectacular!

Very nice off the beaten path, cute place. 20 minutes to Big Bend entrance. Stars are unbelievable !!

This place was amazing!!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Its a great location for visiting big bend national park. It was a little tricky finding but wally includes great instructions. She was such a friendly host and helped out when we got a flat tire. There are scattered cabins and house around but far enough away to make it feel secluded.

This is a gem of a place! My husband and I traveled to Big Bend to hike/explore the national park and we needed a place to stay. There are a lot of motels around, but we decided to go the RV route. This place nestled in a beautiful, private area. We could see other homes at a distance so we didn't feel completely isolated, and we were connected to the world by some pretty fast wi-fi. There were specific instructions to use the water/toilet, but all and all it wasn't a big deal. (One of us would just go outside while the other was indisposed!) There was coffee and water available; it was wonderful to walk outside with a hot cup and take in the surroundings (including the bubbly little quail)! Great heat/cooling system. The place was about 20 min from Terlingua with some decent restaurants and a general store. About 30 or so minutes to the Park, which was ideal bc the park is huge and requires an hour or more of driving from one end to the other. Would definitely stay here again!!
