Anna was immediately responsive anytime we had a question or need. The caretaker, whose name is Gerlie, came by and helped daily in several ways. It was the perfect vacation spot for my wife and I, along with our family members. We hope that the house is available again, the next time we are able to return to the Philippines!

Pool girl was there waiting for us when we arrived, gave us a tour and directions how to use everything. Pool was clean and ready to go. She returned often to check on things and clean the pool. Anna's caretaker Girley was helpful and just a phone call away. We did have some plumbing issues which were addressed while we were there. We were visiting family in CDO and this was in a great location for us, middle of everything we needed. Was on the back of a quite sub division with no chickens crowing every morning. We had family members over and the kids loved the pool. Limited number of dogs running loose, the lot is gated and fenced. The ants could be an issue if that kind of things bothers you, I had to keep making sure the kids were not leaving food out for the ants. 2 bedrooms had good working air con, and both bathrooms had good hot water, would have liked to see the house with air con, I'm a spoiled American. lol But this house was much nicer than what most Filipinos live in.

Absolute joy staying at Anna’s 3k Oasis! Her team with Janice and Girlie made our stay effortless. My fiancé and son enjoyed a peaceful stay, nearby to her family. Making it easy to see everyone, including her friends! Visited the heart of the city, and enjoyed picturesque views of local areas. Simply grateful! Look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended. Blessings!
