Hosts were very hospitable and were able to accommodate us last minute while we got stuck in bad weather. Thank you for giving us a safe haven while we were passing through. We will definitely be back.

The Bear’s Den is in a great location with easy access to Black Mesa and Capulin Volcano. We really enjoyed the stargazing and the kid’s play set. Roasting marshmallows in the fire pit was great, as well!

This amazing cabin sits facing Rabbit Ears which were 2 volcanos. It is isolated so super quiet and you can see all the stars. They had snacks and food for us. There was a very large amount of love and care put in to building this and Sharon is one heck of an interior designer as well! They took the time to come over and chat for a while. They only asked for us to take the trash out when we left but I chose to clean the entire cabin before leaving. They went well above and beyond for us so I did for them. THIS IS A MUST STAY PLACE!!!!!!!

So comfortable and welcoming. Great stargazing at night, enjoyed picnicking outside on the patio. Sharon and Michael are great hosts that go above and beyond.
