Absolutely terrible. This place is nothing as described and nothing as what you see in the photos now. Dents on walls and tiles, water damage floorboards, dirty walls, hasn’t been hovered in ages, dirt and hair everywhere, unkept and unclean kitchen and bathroom, we didn’t even think at touching the jacuzzi, mould in the bathroom, noisy from the other flats. This place is not worth £85 and definitely the £100 deposit is not justified. We were lucky to get help from the Support Services and got a full refund and left straight away.

We checked into Jane’s place really easily and access via a key box was a breeze. Once in the “luxury” apartment we discovered it wasn’t very luxury at all in fact there was no amenities such a complementary tea or coffee, Shampoo like you’d find usually as standard at this rate for a room. The room was cold with a pungent smell of damp along with a freezer which was so over-frosted so we had to keep drying the water up ! Upon trying the Jacuzzi Bath we discovered the TV was only functional with a Samsung device which wasn’t mentioned either and the WIFI and other TV’s across the apartment didn’t work due to this and there wasn’t an Ariel connected to watch Live Channels. The location isn’t really ideal either as it’s across from quite a few bars and as the night went on it got louder and louder and as such we were unable to sleep and checked out and booked somewhere else to stay ! The host was lovely and responsive but the property and service definitely needs working on.
