Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located annex in historic Ottery St Mary. Bedroom ,sitting room, shower room and kitchen. Within easy reach of several beautiful coastal towns but not too far from the City of Exeter. Country walks are just on the doorstep as well as many traditional pubs and local attractions. The Annex has one parking space. This simple, quirky annex is a part of our home and sits below the main kitchen. But it has it's own front door and parking space right outside. there is a galley style kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. the living /dining area is spacious and all rooms are centrally heated. In the bedroom there is plenty of storage and a comfy double bed. The shower room / toilet has a heated towel rail.

Great place to stay. It is a very spacious property. Very comfortable. Lovely and warm. Great to have parking. Conveniently located for local amenities. Host was very helpful before and during our visit. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little place in a central location. Good set up in terms of kitchen equipment, good shower and plenty of space.

Great place to stay! pictures don’t do the cosy annex any justice. Sue was very helpful and very accommodating. The place was very clean, tidy and quiet. Would definitely go back again.

Lovely greeting on arrival, advised us of local amenities and beaches. Very clean and spacious accommodation and even left treats for us and our little dog

Ottery has a the magnificent 14th Century church of St Mary which is a scaled down version of Exeter Cathedral.
Birthplace to English poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge who was friend to William Wordsworth.
And home to the famous Tar Barrel spectacular every November 5th.

Ottery is a busy little town and is easy to walk around and enjoy all the local shops and businesses.
Leave your car at the Annex and it's a 2 minute walk to the middle of town.
