Buon appartamento a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare e a una ventina di minuti da Palermo. Si trova al piano terra e affaccia su una delle due strade principali di Casteldaccia. È dotato di un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, salotto con tv e divano letto, camera da letto con piccolo bagno e affaccio su un cortiletto interno. C'è anche una stanzetta di passaggio con due letti scorrevoli per bambini e un bagno più grande. L'intero appartamento è ristrutturato. Il parcheggio si trova abbastanza facilmente su strada (da cui viene rumore causa traffico ma la camera da letto è sul lato interno più protetto). Nei dintorni ci sono pasticcerie, raggiungibili a piedi, con prodotti tipici molto buoni. Enrico ed Elena sono stati molto gentili e collaborativi, ottima la comunicazione.

Enrico’s was very quick to reply to any questions and give advice to where To go eat and shops. Very helpful and professional. The pictures are realistic the place is exactly what you find on Airbnb. cozy apartment with everything you need even if you want to cook . for me the location was perfect for my needs . very close to main highway that connects the entire island . bank ,post office pastries shop espresso bar . Groceries store Few steps away . (For foreigners both the bank and post office will exchange money into euros only by using your atm or bancomat Both few steps away .) I will definitely come back. Op eerste gezicht een netjes appartement zoals beschreven op de site. Toen we s’avonds aankwamen hing er een overweldigende chemische airverfrisser geur door het hele appartement. Nadat we de ruimte goed hadden gelucht bleek wat de reden was van deze lucht, het was om de penetrante riool lucht die uit de badkamer komt te camoufleren. Dit appartement was niet onze eerste optie maar omdat het appartement dat wij in eerste instantie hadden geboekt rond diner tijd niet beschikbaar bleek, waren we blij dat we aan het einde van de dag toch nog een plek hadden gevonden om te overnachten. Na onze slechte ervaring met de eerste boeking hadden we geen energie meer om weer een andere locatie te gaan zoeken voor de nacht. De host was zeker snel en flexibel in de communicatie, helaas had hij ons niet geïnformeerd over de riool lucht. En door de camouflage actie zijn wij er zeker van dat hij op de hoogte is van de riool lucht. Jammer.

Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan gebucht und dennoch lief alles schnell und unkompliziert! Es war schön und sauber und Enrico war sehr nett zu jeder Zeit.

Thanks to Enrico we will book this apartment in last minutes. He was very nice and we also get many useful information what to visit in Palermo. Also we use the train to Palermo, which is approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The street is a little bit noisy, but it was not limited to us. Parking is available in the street directly in front of the house. Bakery is next door also. Thank you!
