The unit was clean, compact and on a quiet street. Easy walk to the beach, walmart, wyn dixie and starbucks. The unit looked like the pictures, had a cute beach decor and was clean upon arrival. We were there for an extended stay so the garage was an added bonus for our bikes and surf boards. A few things such as drawers and more hangers in the closet as well as mixing bowls and a kettle for the kitchen would take this unit to 5+. Nash was very friendly and very responsive so I'm sure he would have accommodated those requests had we asked!

Our stay at Nash's place was so wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and well supplied with just what we needed (and perfectly located!). Nash was a great host, very responsive and so helpful!

Nash was very accommodating to all our needs and he always got back to us with any questions we asked. We had a broken patio chair from the previous guest and after I told him he replaced both chairs right away. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The beach wagon on site along with beach towels, chairs, bucket and shovel were a nice touch. 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of great restaurants and all the amenities are close by. We will definitely stay here again. Ty Nash.

Nash place is single home with 2 separate units, clean, quiet, and only few mins walk to the beach.
