Great house for big groups. Clean and tidy. However i wouldn't go there again. There was a strict noise policy which is completely respectable but the soundproof of the house is zero and even talking in normal volume was heard all over the house which led us to a notice about that. On the second day there, suddenly in the morning, the cleaning service opened the door and got in without even knocking. That's really disappointing about our privacy. Same thing when checking out. The listing said check out at 11.00am and the host messaged me twice that it is at 10.00am. When i told him it was at 11.00am he told me that the cleaning service was coming at 10.00am. Getting the house ready for the next guest is none of our business, however the service came at 10.00, half of us were sitting and half were sleeping and we had to get dressed and ready in front of them. That was really inappropriate. The reason I'm saying this is because the listing said with capital, PRIVATE house.
