Super clean! This spot was perfect as it's walking distance to everything you could want to do in Gulfport! Very convenient.

Sarah's place is right on Beach Blvd, the main artery of the Gulfport Waterfront District. So it is convenient to everything! Despite being on Beach Blvd, it is still quiet, so sleeping was great. Siri's right next door has very good food - pizza is excellent, burgers and grouper sandwiches top notch, and they even have music on Thursday afternoons. The house is roomy enough, and was clean. The outside furniture can use an upgrade, but overall we had a great stay there and love Gulfport! The house only has a Keurig coffeemaker which was a negative for us, but otherwise was a great stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in Gulfport, the home was perfect for our two couples and local friends to stop by for a cocktail and snack in the backyard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was perfect for the visit. Being located in the heart of Gulfport was fun, we could park at the cottage and walk to shop, explore, and eat. The property shares a driveway that was not accessible, but entering from the alleyway gave us access to parking behind the house. I am a light sleeper, and the music playing on the outdoor speakers through the night at the pizzeria next door kept me up, but this is in a busy area so some noise was expected. A great place for us, we highly recommend it!

We totally enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect for the 8 of us because it allowed us to travel and Uber to/from St Pete’s for a wedding. Restaurants were close by, and we were able to walk down to the pier for a daily walk. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard for breakfast. There was plenty of room for us to sit inside to talk/watch NCAA bb, as well as for sleeping (3 couples used the 3 bedrooms; one person slept on the pull out couch, and one on a blow up mattress in the front room). There were plenty of pillows and towels for all. Sarah was very responsive and provided an iron prior to our arrival. Would recommend having labels on the linens to be used for the pull out couch and air mattresses. Also, would recommend having more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 individuals, 4 days, 3 nights. We had asked if extra toilet paper was stored anywhere; reply was that only 2 rolls are provided. We ended up purchasing some toilet paper, and kept the extra for other renters.

In the AirBnB world, it’s not often that you find a gem like Sarah’s place that is cozy, comfortable, and in a location that is in the heart of an active town. Sarah’s place checks all of these boxes. The house is situated right on the Main Street for Gulfport, which has a great selection of restaurants, boutique shops, live music, and a wonderful open air market on Tuesdays. Our family appreciates the little touches included with the home, such as a fully stocked kitchen, laundry and dish detergents, toiletries, and comfortable beds and linens. We also enjoyed the provided board games, where our family had lots of laughs playing “Selfies” at night. Next time we are in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area, this will definitely be the first place we look to stay!
