My husband and I stayed recently for our baby moon, with the intention to enjoy the home and its surroundings, and we did exactly that. From the moment of booking until departure Brad & CJ were so welcoming and responsive to all enquiries. We felt at home from the beginning and already can’t wait to return with our growing family. The property itself is so peaceful and private, yet nearby to the local town and all Gisborne has to offer. We made the most of all features from the outdoor fire pits and dining areas to the fully equipped kitchen and bathtub for some true R&R. Both us and our dogs loved exploring the property and simply taking time to all spend time together. The house is perfect for either a family, group of friends or a couple; homely, spotless yet spacious. We really loved our time here and weren’t ready to leave! Thanks again Brad & CJ, a guaranteed 5 star stay!

An absolute joy to spend the weekend at Brad and CJ’s. The entire property is north facing so you’re never without light. It gets cold but multiple heating options quickly make it cosy. The property is lovely to walk around. Plenty of firewood for our stay to manage the outdoor fire pit. Gisborne CBD is just 6 minutes away by car including Coles, Liquorland and other restaurants. Our dog loved the outdoor space but supervision is required - there are rabbits, a small open dam and plenty of kangaroos about. We would return as soon as we can!

Brad and CJ’s property is absolutely stunning. Even better in real life. The house had everything you needed and the land was perfect for the dogs to run around. Would definitely stay again

We had a lovely stay at Brad and C.J's. They're excellent hosts. Very accomodating and the house was welcoming. The house was extremely clean which we loved! It's spacious with a large relaxing lounge with an open fire which was where we spent most of our stay. The tranquil setting and gorgeous views were ideal for relaxing. Not far from the shops which was perfect. Sunsets and sunrise were gorgeous looking out at Mt Macedon. I would definitely recommend this property to stay. I didn't realise that the exterior cameras would impose on our privacy outdoors. I should've ask more about them. When it said in the listing - front gate, outdoor driveway security cameras, I though they would be facing away from the house. I felt this really took something away from such an otherwise private setting. This wouldn't bother everyone but unfortunately it did bother me. Other than that, the house and stay I couldn't fault. It was a really lovely getaway. Thanks Brad and CJ.
