If you’re a city person, this is a great unit, right on jasper avenue with an amazing view! And a lot of restaurants around for great dining!

The space was clean and open as shown in the images. Very walkable and close to some good food spots. The washroom smelled like sewage throughout my whole stay which was uncomfortable, some work needs to be done in clearing the pipes. A key fob needs to be provided always. The place has nice aesthetics.

The listing and check-in instructions indicated that there would be a key fob for the guests, but when we arrived, there was no key fob. I reached out to the hosts and they told us that we need to call them at the call box outside the building every time we needed to enter and that we would not be receiving a key fob. This resulted in us standing outside in the cold weather waiting to be let into the building each time we returned. I expressed a safety and privacy concern about this. The location was good and we were able to walk a lot of places during our stay. While the building lobby and elevators were kind of run down, the unit itself was gorgeous and super spacious, but it was missing some essentials. There was no cutlery, the bed was hard, and the standing fan was broken. Overall, the unit itself had a “luxury” feel, but the amenities could use some improvement to match.

Had the pleasure staying at this place, felt like home and very comfortable. Definitely worth coming back!!
