host " thao " 5/5 Service and staff 5/5 ( best staff and service they deserve more tips ) Villa 2/5 ( needs maintenance ) fresh paint, tear down the mold, new bed and blankets.. when you open the blanket and pillow covers there are very nasty yellow stains all over the blanket... for the price you charge for the villa things like these should be maintained. Toilet kept getting stuck.. we don't even put toilet paper inside the toilet and had to throw it in a separate garbage after wiping.. toilet could not flush 6-7 consecutive times.. quite disappointed. you strictly pay for the view.. you are also connected with 2 other neighbors so privacy is not a thing. It was hard to sleep because loud music kept playing next door.. i think they were doing drugs and partying for 2 days in a row. music and bass was very heavy until 5-6 am in the morning. This villa has a lot of potential but its also old and rundown.. will probably not come back here again.
