Room (private space) : room 1 with private modern bathroom Your room is fully stock with linens, comfortable memory foam mattress, work station, iron, blow dryer, dry rack, noise canceler, alarm clock, heat , AC (window unit during the warm months), LED mood lighting, safe, 44 inch smart tv with plenty of stream apps, fast and reliable Wi-Fi . The room was designed to ensure that you will come back to an aesthetically pleasing, non-cumbersome, relaxing space ….. your home away from home. Bathroom – was recently renovated and is stocked with soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper and other hygiene products. Shared space : You will be sharing this APT with myself and one other verified Airbnb guest. We vet each guest to ensure compatibility with the space and other guest. We review past reviews and we do not host locals as this space is solely dedicated to traveling professionals and tourist. We have professional cleaners who come in twice a week to clean the shared spaces. We expect each guest to be mindful of cleanliness in the shared spaces by simply cleaning up after themselves to ensure a critter free and pleasant environment for everyone and not leaving personal items in the shared spaces. In the house rules you will find the quite hours . We are catering to traveling professionals who require quietness for sleep and work. The shared spaces are the living room and kitchen. Living room – is equipped with comfortable sofa, eye catching décor and 44 inch smart tv loaded with tons of apps. Kitchen- is fully stocked with everything you need to cook (pots, pans, utensils), microwave, coffeemaker and cleaning products. I provide water, tea, coffee (Keurig), sweets and pastries for all guest to share. I work long hours and sometimes work from home and I stay mostly in my room when I am home. The lay out of the apt is perfect for a shared space to ensure that each guest has access to the shared spaces and their own private, secure space without feeling the presence of other guest.

A gem in Canarsie! Gichard was a very gracious host and communicated proactively for my entire stay. Details on entering/exiting/locking up were super detailed so check-in was a breeze. Common areas and my private space were all spotless and tidy, and my room had comforting amenities. Worry-free street parking is always a game changer in my book, and it proved true during my stay. Overall, his listing was super accurate and I would absolutely stay at Gichard's place again.
Gichard was very responsive and engaging. He provided very complete instructions and extremely nice. Very good price for the location and very easy to access transit. I would stay here again.
The room with private bathroom is clean and spacious. Has everything you need for your stay. House is located in a quiet area, about 15 minutes fast to the L-train (bus available as well). Host is very very friendly and responsive. I do recommend this place for sure :)

This was my third time staying at Gichard’s place and this time I stayed for two months. I felt so at home. The neighborhood is so quiet. I felt safe enough to go on runs and walk to the grocery store. The place is so clean, and well decorated. So A++ for this place. And Gichard is so kind and helpful. He responds to texts and requests swiftly. He stops by weekly to clean, bring clean towels and replenish supplies (like the free coffee and sugar donuts). You’ll get hotel service with this place.

From the house you will have quick access to the highway (4 min drive) and to other parts of Brooklyn and surrounding boroughs
For those who will solely rely on public transportation , we are conveniently located across the street from the b17 bus stop that will quickly get you to the L Train and other connecting buses and trains.
The L Train can be walked to within 15 mins or by car/uber 5 mins (Avg cost $7)
The L train will connect you with other connecting lines and will get you to Manhattan within 30 -45 mins and downtown Brooklyn 20 -25 mins
Uber is readily available and we have connections with a local cab service available 24/7 that can get you to the train or other parts of Brooklyn often times cheaper than Uber.
We are walking desistance to grocery stores, super markets, pharmacies, fast food and shopping centers (10 min walk)
