Great host!!!! Extremely available to respond and help you out with all your questions and requests. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, easy in and out. The house is perfect for a family or a friends/couples. Beach and resort pool are close and remote, definitely a gem.

First, our family has stayed in Airbnb's, VRBOs and private rentals around the world and we have never had better, more responsive or friendlier hosts as Juan and Mark. I cannot say more positive things. House was beautiful and as described--big great room with kitchen and living room. The living room has sliding doors that lead right out to the private pool, beautiful pond and patio. Home was immaculate and great for a single family or larger groups. Five excellent bedrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. Also, the house is in a perfect location within the Buena Ventura property. About a three-minute walk to the beach club, which has numerous beautiful pools, a good restaurant for lunch and drinks and direct access to the private beach. About 5-7 minute walk to restaurants. I would enthusiastically recommend this peaceful and beautiful property to friends and family.
The villa we stayed at was 5 star, I truly couldn't have imagined a better place to stay. Mark and the hosts were all extremely communicative and made us feel right at home. There was ample space, plenty of beautiful amenities in the surrounding property, the only thing I wish I had was MORE TIME to spend there! I can't recommend this place more - it was truly amazing.
