Thank you for sharing your space I really enjoyed being by the water. Unfortunately I was working all day, so I only got to enjoy the evening breeze and sound of the seagulls and crashing waves. I didn't particularly care for the check in/out process and having to pay an extra $15 for a key. Seems a bit deceptive in the price, but I guess complex needs to get a piece of the pie too. The complex is dated and really needs some upgrades, but unit itself was pretty clean and comfortable for a beach property.

The best part of this stay was the location! Super easy to get to beach - just have to walk out the gate and you’re there. The unit itself is quaint, clean, and as described. It is not, however, comfortable. This is not due to size as the size served exactly what we needed for our stay. All sleeping accommodations lacked any comfort - from the bed in the bedroom to the couch. If you don’t want to feel springs in your back during your stay then I’d recommend looking elsewhere for comfort.

Meghan’s condo was very cute and cozy. It had a great view of the beach!! It was in walking distance to the USS Lexington and Aquarium. We spent most of our time enjoying the beach which was very easy to get to with our included beach access gate. All in all a great place to stay when in Corpus Christi!!

This condo was perfect for our trip! We had two adults that slept in the bedroom and two kids that took the bunk beds (the 12yo also found the couch comfy for sleeping). I loved having a kitchen that we could cook in on days we felt like it. There were a few specific kitchen items listed that were not present, but overall I was happy with it. The balcony overlooks the beach—what a view 😍. There’s a sidewalk path of about two miles right outside if you want to walk to another beach or the shops and stuff (I roller skated). We were on the first floor, which is right above covered parking. The elevator was slow but usable. The community pool was heated, and the “hot tub” was cold. I wasn’t expecting this for a warm early spring visit but it wasn’t hot enough out for me to want a cold pool anyway! The beach had lots of seashells, and there was more of a “true beach” at Mustang Island, a relatively short drive away.
