This was the absolute best part of our 50th wedding anniversary trip! We so much enjoyed Gooseberry Getaway that we wished we had spent our entire anniversary / vacation here! Marrissa and her staff were so welcoming and kind...This is so wonderful, considering that truth and customer service in hospitality pretty much do not exist anymore. Thank you, Marrissa! We will be back again in the future and totally looking forward to it. Your kindness is so very much appreciated...and your home is like a fairy tale house!

Beautiful beach house. The house is comfortable and a great set up for hanging out. The outdoor area is well appointed and the beach is feet away from the patio. Just a wonderful place and a wonderful experience.

We had the pleasure of spending our spring break week at this property, and it was amazing! The house was beautiful and cozy and the views of the water were gorgeous. We cooked and bbq'ed and played ping pong inside when it rained. We spent a few evenings around the fire pit and walked on the beach during the day. We rocked on the porch with coffee in the morning and then again at night with wine. The house is quiet and calm and the host even left us a birthday balloon as we were celebrating a few birthdays. This house is wonderful and we look forward to returning as often as possible. We highly recommend this property to families or couples.
