Welcome to our Tiny Home in the rural area of Lakeside. Vacation in the small town with yummy foods, great people, and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Our tiny home is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life however only a quick 20 minute drive to beaches, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, and Down Town San Diego. Our tiny home is located behind the main property where the home owners reside. Please enjoy the outdoor amenities of a fire pit, bbq station, above ground pool (opened May thru October. Closed during winter months), and a relaxing sitting area. Well behaved dogs who enjoy other animals and children are allowed on the property . Directly Across the street is the beautiful renovated Lake and community park/trail to take a stroll with friends and animals. The tiny house is perfect for those who are looking for affordability and want to distance themselves from the city of San Diego. Our tiny house includes a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink for washing dishes, toaster, coffee machine, cups, plates, utensils and bbq supplies. THERE IS NO STOVE OR FREEZER! The bathroom is stocked with a toilet, shower, sink and medicine cabinet. This tiny house is a “bunkhouse” style meaning the queen mattress is located over the kitchen and bathroom. You must be able to climb a ladder to get to this bed. There is a twin trundle bed on the ground level in the living room. Our tiny home does have a portable air conditioning unit and a electric fireplace heater. There is parking available on the property for 1 vehicle. WHILE 3 PEOPLE CAN STAY ON SITE IN THE TINY HOUSE, WE RECOMMEND THAT ONLY 2 ADULTS STAY. THE SPACE IS SMALL AND 3 ADULTS WOULD BE SNUG!
