Place is perfect. Located right on the beach with a semi-private back yard area leading to the beach over a low wall. Easy access to everything but still quiet. For our family of 5 with 3 little ones it was ideal. The Marriott is awesome with a great beach, especially when it’s calm and 3 pools perfect for relaxing. No issues at all. Thanks!

This is super value for money ... a large brand new one bedroom condo facing the beach, and very very clean. I have stayed at the Marriott before, but never in anything as nice as this apartment, and i paid much more than i did for this. Greg's place is super value for money. i will 100% stay here again on my next trip to St. Kitts and i highly recommend it to anyone who is reading this review.

This suite was perfect for our needs. We were staying at the Marriott for a wedding and this was extremely close to the wedding site and it was great staying in the resort without paying the high resort prices for their suites. Having a kitchen and fridge was also wonderful because we did our shopping at the local supermarket and had breakfast and snacks always ready for the kids. The bathroom is HUGE and everything is setup exactly like a hotel (except housekeeping). We were fine with Greg's alternative of having housekeeping come twice during our stay and clean up. They did a great job tidying up the places and changing the sheets. Would highly recommend this place and we would stay here again if we were visiting St. Kitts again. A big one bedroom apartment with a great bathroom right on the beach. If you are looking for an all inclusive resort, this listing is just your thing. Pools, beach cabanas, gym, mostly Americans and average restaurants. I'm usually an off the beaten path guy, but this was perfect for me and Linzi after a week on a dive boat. Great place to relax and recharge. If you do stay here, be sure to get off the property. Walking uphill into the neighborhoods provided amazing views. Also the off property restaurants, especially Rituals for breakfast and coffee, a five minute walk away were great. This is a resell on the main Marriott property. Check in/out was at the Marriott front desk, but I was a bit confused by the arrangement.
