This place was very modern yet cozy! Plenty of space to relax and have fun with the kids. Would love to visit again in the summer!

Aya B was good to communicator and accommodating. The home had many opportunities to deliver excellence. My family of 10 stayed on Thanksgiving week. Aya was particularly gracious for the holiday. We want to be honest about our stay and would stay again if some improvements functionality of basic items. We had a crawler with us and he was bitten by fire ants inside the home. We did due diligence to keep ants at bay. We encountered several major cleanliness issues in the home. Key items were broken, like the couch and The washing machine didn’t work well and the vacuum cleaner had to be unclogged for use. Aya was quick to send a repair man to help address issues but problems started to became disruptive/concerning especially for the price of the unit. Ceiling fans above bunk beds. The amenities were ample and we had plenty of basic needs and the home was decorated nicely, again not as high end as you would expect for the price. Beds very comfy. Lots of food and parks in the area.

Upon arriving we always go through the house to make sure it is clean and if anything is wrong. We did find that the hot tub was not working properly and filthy dirty. Aya, has technician come out first thing in the morning and it was fixed! We did however, find a few broken chairs. The furniture is mostly from IKEA so you get what you pay for, but for the most part, it was all good. The cleaning lady didn't check coffee pot and there were moldy grounds in the coffee pot and Kuerig was pretty dirty also. Beds were awesome, we all slept well. Wish it would of been warmer to use the pool. Aya was very pleasant and helpful on all of our questions. We did have a scare when the laundry soap fell off the shelf in the laundry room. We couldn't figure out what the loud noise was until the morning when we woke up to laundry detergent all over the floor. The upstairs smelled delightful! LOL It was a great stay but should be a little cheaper in price in my opinion.
