For the price this apartment was good value and the location was excellent. There was a few issues with checking in as the apartment was not ready when we got there but the host was easily reachable and this was resolved quickly. There is no mention on ad that there is a bar below and if you are staying on the sofa bed or the front room, you will be able to hear loud music until 1am. On our first night a group of men outside (unsure whether from an apartment below or another bar) kept us awake until 6am. There was some issues with the shower that blocked after the second day, meaning the water wouldn't drain for hours at a time, but in general the apartment was clean. We also had an issue with someone defecating in the communal corridor which we had to pass whenever we entered or left the flat. Whilst this is absolutely not a fault of the host, the door of the building gets left open during day time hours and it's a concern that people from the street can enter.

We had a lovely stay in Athens. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Lovely host. He gave us lots of local recommendations.

Very good location to whatever you want to do in Athens! We walked to everything except the airport :) Because it is very central the aparment includes the sounds of the city but all in all a nice and fresh apartment which we enjoyed! Manos gave good rekommendations for things in the area which we appreciated. Thanks!

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Manos gelebt und waren wirklich begeistert. Manos ist super zuvorkommend, hat viele Tipps in der Nähe geteilt und immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert, auch wenn das Anliegen sehr kurzfristig war. Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Stadt hervorragend, man ist fußläufig an den Sehenswürdigkeiten (wir haben nicht ein mal die Metro benutzen müssen) und hat eine große Auswahl toller Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein und durch die Badewanne hat man wenig Platz. Einige Ecken könnten etwas sauberer sein. Man muss wissen, dass es an den Wochenenden ziemlich laut in der Straße wird da dort viele Bars sind (was natürlich egal ist, wenn man selber lange unterwegs ist ;) ). Wir würden aber definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Manos für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Amazing location, so much to do around, We were 3 people there and was the right space and the right price, If you are looking for a quiet place it’s not for you.
