Amazingly run property. Well trained and happy responsive staff; from cleaners and security to management. Everyone was on the ball, a pleasant surprise compared to the usual Goa managed properties. (I've stayed at many). Great product. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in a couple of Airbnbs in Goa but this one has been the best one so far. I absolutely love how beautifully the villa is designed with a perfect blend of indoor outdoor spaces. It’s a perfect luxurious holiday stay! Our host Mr. Nelson and the manager Rupal have been very helpful and quick with their responses. The watchman and the cleaners were very friendly and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The stay is 20-30 mins away from the famous shacks and beaches. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend. Beautiful villa in a gated compound with 24hr security and friendly staff. Rupal was my contact and he was very responsive to all our needs. I stayed in Villa 4, it was very private, had a great layout and each of the 3 bedrooms was an en-suite with attached bathrooms. The immediate area is not that busy, there are 2 restaurants, a liquor store and a supermarket about a 5 min walk away, but you can drive to many more restaurants within 10 min. There is parking available within the gated compound, and if you need a taxi the staff will help sort one. Would definitely stay here again.
