We had a great stay at Dan’s Shelton apartment. He was very responsive to questions and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. His downstairs tenants were also extremely helpful and kind, creating a great overall experience. It got a little warm in the living areas and we had to get used to the noise from nearby Route 8, but overall enjoyed our stay!

Dan has a nice place in Shelton. It’s spacious and everything was clean and tidy. I communicated with Dan before check-in and he had even helped me locate someone to let our dogs out while we went away to NYC for the afternoon. We didn’t end up going but I appreciated knowing we would have a trustworthy pet walker if need be. There was a highway very near the apartment but it was quiet inside and didn’t bother us. My dog didn’t like the very steep stairs that bring you up to the apartment. I had to carry her up them and to go down I scooched down on my seat one stair at a time with her on my lap. We made it work but this place would not work for someone with mobility issues. If there was a laundry available for us I didn’t see it or know where it was. We’d stay here again! Btw, check out Chavez Bakery & Deli, which is nearby. Yummy pastries and coffee there! Thanks, Dan!

Dan ‘s space exactly as described . Very quaint , and peaceful . Had everything you need for a stay . Nice neighborhood and great location .

Since sharing a hotel room with one bathroom no longer works for our family of 4, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment was a perfect alternative in the area of family we were visiting. The price and location were great. The space was cozy and comfortable with a lot of closet space that we didn't utilize during our weekend stay. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to wash some clothes that got spilled on so we didn't have to pack them dirty. The private parking lot vs. street parking and the motion activated lights ensured a feeling of safety. The stairwell to the 2nd floor is a bit steep and narrow and might be challenging for older guests. Or if guests have big/heavy luggage. Dan was easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. There were a few things to coordinate in advance, and Dan was proactive and accommodating. He even checked in during our stay to make sure all was going well. I recommend this apartment based on our stay and that Dan was a gracious host.
