What a beautiful place :-) We had such a nice time and we’d love to come back next winter! Cole was so helpful (before, during, and after the trip) and had everything laid out in a great booklet in the kitchen for reference. We had a blast making a snowman on the deck, grilling burgers, and sitting in front of a relaxing fire at night. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and game closet!!! Great spot to unwind and recharge :-) Thanks again!

Jen and Cole’s place is amazing. We felt right at home. We had two toddlers with us, and they absolutely loved all the toys. The decor and the view, especially after some fresh snow, it’s really an amazing treat. Would definitely come back again.

It’s hard to overstate how perfect this beautiful home really is, and how incredibly kind and amazingly responsive our hosts were for our Spring Break Week stay. There are hundreds of cabins for rent in Big Bear, but I believe Cole and Jen have found the best one. From the welcome basket of treats, to the bound volume of local activities and restaurants, to the custom snowball-makers, every detail makes you feel like you have walked in to your second home. You know how you get jealous of that one friend that creates the perfect experience, leaps elegantly over every hardship, all with a smile on their face? This is the house they own, and are willing to share it with all of us. After spending the first couple hours settling in, I tried to find a single pillow out of place, or a bath towel hung incorrectly, or any missing kitchen utensil. Then I gave up, made myself a cocktail and relaxed on the huge outdoor deck. Sometimes perfection is achievable, and you just have to accept it.

Cole & Jen are the best hosts! Their attentiveness was exceptional, and their home is gorgeous! We felt so much at home, and definitely would love to return next year. The setting is spectacular, and the home was so well stocked, from the kitchen to the game closet! It was perfect for our family of five adults and three children. Thank you, Cole & Jen for making our family weekend so special.

This was our first stay at Dawson's Summit but certainly not our last. Jen & Cole have a Beautiful home and were fantastic hosts. They clearly spent a lot of time and energy on giving their guest a wonderful experience. It's very spacious, beautifully decorated and has several family needs in mind. Everything from toys, games, cookware to proper steam wear were all on point. We are looking forward to our next Big Bear trip at Dawson's Summit!
