This unique place has a style all its own. FULLY SELF -CONTAINED #WITH NO SHARED SPACES. Lovely studio apartment very close to Sanderstead train station. (8 min walk) London Victoria and London Bridge reachable just under 25 min. Good selection of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Gatwick airport is just 25 min away from the property. Direct train to the airport is from East Croydon station . Studio is in a modern house, well maintained and clean. It has a separate private access. Good size room containing double bed , new mattress, side table, tv and other furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery , saucepans, pots, coffee machine, (tea and coffee is provided) etc . There is a washing machine and fridge as well as cooking facilities.

Lovely place to stay very comfortable will definitely stay again if working in the area train station few minutes walk away. 10/10
We had originally booked somewhere else but they cancelled on us last minute. I had messaged Justyna if she had anything available as we were left stranded by the other hosts and she was literally our angel and made sure we had somewhere to stay very last minute. She was wonderful and her place was so nice. The cleaner is also really lovely too. We Would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it too!! Thank you again Justyna
