I live between Taipei and UK. I like having the freedom to travel and not worry about paying my rent when I'm away because I can take in Airbnb guests to help me cover the costs. The apartments I rent out are my personal homes, so please respect my things and treat the apartments as you would treat your own. I'm not trying to make money from this, I just don't want to be paying rent for places that aren't being used. I really love the neighbourhoods i live in, they're very central, have loads of great cafes and famous restaurants and are awesome locations for seeing the other areas of the city. I like watch movies especially action movies. Some of my place have G00gle Chromecast (or X1a0 M1 B0X) to broadcast Youtube or Netflix from your handphone to TV. If you using Apple product just make sure you use or download Youtube or Netflix first and download G00gle Chrome for your Macbook. I prefer tidy and clean guest. My place is only 5 minutes walk from MRT Taipower Building and NTNU (Mandarin Training Center - MTC) and Taiwan Mandarin Institute TMI. I host many students, teacher and even Professor from many country. I can use daily conversation to communicate but some people will understand me better when we are texting each other (since my pronunciation is kinda weak haha.. x_x) and please make sure you have chat app to texting with me. *During Covid, I cannot host your for 7 7 7 or 14 plus 7 etc, happy to take you for month or year stay* Nice to have you here. Please tell me your flight code number (in example: IT 302) so I can help you and give suggestion to the best arrangement for both of us. The flight code will help me to see whether your plane have a delay or not. And, keep contact with me using L1ne or W3Chat or Whats4pp for your position because if you said you will came at 10AM and no contact again until you shown up at 10PM, that's mean I waited for your 12 hours and that kind of person is not a nice person. You can't go wrong by staying at Philips' studio! It's spacious, clean, and extremely modern. No more than 5 minutes walk to restaurants, night market，supermarkets, pharmacy and MRT. Might I add that the bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept? Overall super 5 stars stay. If you're looking to treat yourself, please choose Philips' place any day! Philips是我到目前为止认识过的一位最好的房东，他不仅仅提供了一些额外的服务，也帮助我解决了一些特殊问题，尤其是沟通上极为快速。如果您不是台湾人，您不用担心住在Philips的温馨小家。他家东西齐全烧饭的锅子，碗筷，调料，洗发，沐浴，牙刷，电视，DVD机等等。不怕您想不到，他帮您都想到了。还告诉您可以去哪里。他家极为安全，整个楼都有摄像头和门卫。 楼下就是夜市，餐厅，超市，药房，捷运也不远，都在5分钟内。他家的床好舒服哦！ 我给超赞5颗星。如果您想有住家的感觉，就住Philips的温馨小家。 Since you will come and stay here for month and maybe one or two semester than I will tell you the best grocery nearby is PX Mart because it cheaper than Carrefour (but Carrefour open 24 hour) and 7-Eleven just downs there 1 minute less walk if you just need a cold drink for refreshing. Starbucks is nearby less than 2 minutes walk. Great location, yes? ;) other place you will need to know is JSF (pink shop nearby to ShiYun Taiwanese Fried Chicken) where you can buy any kind of shower soap or shampoo cheaper than any grocery (i provide all bath soap and shampoo, but if you like to use your own it have many choices at JSF and very cheap), JSF also selling stationery (they have 3 shop selling different item, all with pink logo) And if you are vegan there is vegan restaurant (closed now after Covid impact) next to Fubon Bank across the MTC Mandarin Training Center (NTNU). There is another one on the back gate of MTC my favourite place for vegetarian food but they have egg (then separate the egg so if you vegan no need to take the egg). I like that vegetarian restaurant there because they provide free soup and sweets ^^ If you like sports, the NTNU sport field can be use for public people even if you are not study at NTNU. and they also have swimming pool with sauna and SPA. You just need to buy the coupon and prepare swimming suit and swimming hat (we use hat here in every swimming pool around Taiwan) -_- The swimming pool area can be reach within 5 minutes walk. If you like to watch movie in cinema you can ask me to company you. i will be happy to watch a movie with you.
