This was our third stay at this property and it never disappoints! Alicia is a kind and responsive host. The property is located in a lovely residential community conveniently located to many activities and shopping. The home is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast in the pool area in the morning and cocktails at night. We look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Alicia's Airbnb! Alicia was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our booking process was seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to amenities and attractions. The working space provided was ideal for productivity, and my spouse was thrilled with the nearby golfing options. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommend!

considering the house has 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths it only had accommodations for 4 people. The pool was nice and well kept. screened in lanai needed repair as far as safety concerns with the pool. 1 of the smoke alarms was hanging by just a wire another one in the bedroom was no longer there. lighting in the bedrooms just had light bulbs with no glass covers. Light switch in the one bathroom was of questionable concern. Kitchen supplies were at bare minimum plates, coffee cups, and silverware, however, Alicia did response with sending more plates and silverware. We had no mixing bowls. A small charcoal grill that needed major cleaning before use. The place probably would be ok if you were only staying for 1 or 2 weeks and eating out a lot. We were there for a month and compared to other homes we've rented in the past this one really didn't meet our expectations. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. The area had shops and restaurants close by.

Alicia’s was a very responsive host. We had a few issues at check in but she was quick to respond and resolve the issues. Easy to communicate with and really nice. The house is in a great location with plenty to do near by. Would stay here again.
