Perfect location for Aquanation and the shopping complex. the space was clean and easy to find in a nice quite area. The host was very responsive and made the experience very easy.

Stayed 2 months. Major issues by the climate crisis. - Power cut, flooding due to heavy rain in Melbourne. The host's responses were very agile. Power cut - Supply power generator, ice box and ice, / Flooding - extra towels, drying. The garage could be extra space for any luggage. It could be useful, if any guest has extra luggage. The garden is not very big and no grass. it's gravel ground. But it's enough to enjoy BBQ or tea time. The host provided useful information for example interesting places near Melbourne for children. But it couldn't be expected as much as usual 'house'. it's close to lodge so some guest may feel the kitchen is not enough to stay. For example, no oven for baking, dish washer. The other things were enough to stay here, if any guest would stay just simply. - Netflix, Easy and fast broadband, big TV. Public transportation access was not bad. However I didn't use public transportation because personal car is easier to use. Satisfied overall compared to the price.

A functional, comfortable and very nicely styled accommodation. The kitchen is stocked to enable a light meal. Wifi is good. A lovely little courtyard to sit outside for a quiet one or to have your meal. Located in a quiet, leafy suburb and close to transport. Henry was prompt with responses and sent clear details for checking in. I stayed for a week and highly recommend. Thank you Henry.

Henry is an awesome host who is approachable and prompt in response. His property is well stocked for light cooking and its newly renovated. Thoughtful design as there are ventilation available in the kitchen and toilet. It also has a study area and a smart TV. It felt homely and it was a lovely 1.5 weeks stay. Its near to Eastland and the freeway. Nearby parks around his listing within walking distance. Especially love the little garden area behind the airbnb and he tastefully decorated it with fairy lights. Highly recommended host and airbnb!

Stayed a week during the business trip. Lovely hosts, ver cute and comfy place. Super practical and has all amenities needed. Good location, 10 min to the station and to Coles. Yet, quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!
