Room is affordable and good for the price. Ms. Grace is helpful and considerate. Instructions are clear and host can make adjustments if possible. Thanks for being my host!

5th floor unit, great view of the Shell Residences pool is a major plus. I like that it has all the necessities and free of clutter. A note about the condo complex: the parking is very expensive. There is a mall beside it that does not charge parking fees "yet", but beware the guards who are aware that their place is used as as the alternate parking. Sumimple ka na lang, lol. Discovered some interesting restos on the ground floor.

It was a great experience since I and my friends had a bad experience in Baguio days before we checked-in due to Typhoon Egay. We were able to rest in Ma'am Grace's place. It's tidy and neat, the ambiance is good and the services are complete. This place is indeed a great one! 🥰

We ended up chosing one of Grace's unit after the ticked marks in our check list for our first one month long stay. We used to do hotel hopping around MOA area whenever I am in Manila. Cozy place, a nice hotel room scent when we checked-in, nice pool, free pool and gym access, distance to the malls and main road, the unit has a wash machine, kitchen needs are provided, clean bedsheets and towels, extra mattress, a big fridge too. We also asked for the dresser to have shelves so we can organized our clothes, Ms. Vanch sent Kuya Louie who was as nice as them to do the task. Balcony with pool view and at lower floor (5th floor) is a plus. We just brought other necessary stuffs we needed. One month stay, we considered it is our own home, cleaning up and tidying is a must. Best thing about it is we saved a lot than how we would usually do with our stays whenever we are in Manila. Thank you Ms. Grace, Ms. Vanch and Kuya Louie. We recommend this place for a good stay.
