Enjoy a stylish romantic break at this excellently located townhouse with invaluable private covered parking space. The historic centre of Dartmouth is literally right on the doorstep, with many fabulous beaches and coves just along the South Hams coast. There are gardens, museums, galleries, shops, coffee and tea rooms, and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Whether you are looking for breakfast, brunch, lunch, cream tea or fresh fish for dinner, you will be spoilt for choice all year! You will have a spacious private bedroom with comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room, with hanging and drawer space, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board. The space is accessed immediately inside the front door of the property on the whole ground floor, just a few steps from your car in the covered parking area. There is gas central heating and double glazing, and cosy bedding and furnishings. A romantic and convenient nest for a perfect relaxing break.

Nic's place was perfect for my busy weekend in beautiful Dartmouth. A clean, private, comfortable place to rest with everything I could have needed and more! Nic was so welcoming, flexible and generous. Highly recommend. Great value and location with excellent facilities. 5⭐️

If anything the property was better than the description! It is pretty much a self contained suite only missing a cooking facility to be described as an apartment. Great location in the middle of Dartmouth with private parking too. Would definitely stay again. Nick is also a friendly and responsive host.

Nic’s place is surprisingly spacious and the location is perfect - in the centre of town, yet relatively peaceful. The addition of a parking space is brilliant. Everything has been carefully considered, from the range of teas, coffee and decaf coffee, milk in the fridge and products in the bathroom. I had a great stay for 2 nights and Nic was very friendly and welcoming, and generous with his time and tips for the area. A really nice host, who genuinely looks out for his guests and wants them to have a fantastic stay.

Very spacious and clean room with everything we needed. Excellent central location, and the parking space is very convenient. Nic was lovely too. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding location with dedicated parking. On the minus side, the font access door lock was frustratingly difficult to operate and took many minutes of key jiggling, there was no lock to the designated room, and it was extremely cluttered with knick knacks

Quick level stroll to the waterfront and marinas, with car and passenger ferries across to Kingswear, Brixham, Stoke Gabriel and the wider Torbay area. Take the steam train to Paignton, and boats up river to Dittisham and Totnes, including the National Trust's Greenway, the former holiday home of Agatha Christie.
Walk via Bayards Cove Fort and Warfleet to Dartmouth Castle, where the Dart estuary meets the sea. Enjoy an early morning dip at the sheltered Sugary Cove or at Castle Cove. Continue around the coast path to Little Dartmouth and explore the historic Civil War fort Gallants Bower.
By car or bus take the winding coast road to Blackpool Sands just past Stoke Fleming, where outdoor music and other events take place. On to Strete, and the secluded Landcombe Cove and Strete Gate beach, both popular naturist beaches. The long stretch of Slapton Sands has the largest natural freshwater lake in South-West England, Slapton Ley; the Slapton Sands monument; the Exercise Tiger memorial; and Torcross with pub and restaurant.
Further on along the coast is Beesands, with pub and restaurant; the 'lost village' of Hallsands; and Start Bay lighthouse. The coast path continues to Mattiscombe Sands, Lannacombe Cove, Prawle Point, then East Portlemouth beaches, with passenger ferry boats across to Salcombe, and on to Hope Cove, Thurlestone beaches, Bantham and Burgh Island.
