A sunny place in a handy location. Would book again

The apartment was clean, spacious with all new appliances. Ryan has been very responsive and very communicative making it a smooth experience. On the other end we found the place severely lacking privacy with the glass bedroom windows directly facing a parking lot and the living room facing a public walking path. We had to completely close the blinds and live in the dark to feel in a private space. Depends what you look for I guess but I feel this is something that should be highlighted in the description of the place.

Overall nice condo but it’s right beside the highway and the crime in town is horrible had stuff stolen out of my truck box while staying there, says there’s good wifi but none of our devices would load the internet and would have to go outside to get service on our phones there was only 1mbps download speed when we tested it ourselves and were told our devices must be faulty or something wrong with them…. Could have been a fluke but that was my experience……. THIS WAS THE KICKER THO !!!!!! I also had to do laundry before bed because my bed sheets were dirty and the spares were all balled up and dirty in the closet there was animal hair all over and garbage left from the previous renters I don’t appreciate paying a $200+ cleaning fee when I had to clean the whole place to feel comfortable in it! I personally will never be back I hate writing bad reviews but I felt ripped off after staying here

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks for an awesome stay at your Airbnb! Your place was cozy, clean, and had a great vibe. Loved the location too – super convenient. I'll definitely recommend your spot to friends. Thanks again for making my trip so enjoyable!

I loved this place so much. Clean, beautiful and close to everything we love doing! Ryan was clear, communicative and responsive. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed by was that a few kitchen essentials were missing, so it was harder to cook. Luckily, our car was outfitted with some important things. For example, there is no coffee grinder, toaster and barely any pots and pans for cooking properly. This is especially important for OK Falls since it is a small town with very little restaurants. Other than that, 5 star rating!!!! Thank you so much, Ryan.
