Wow! This was an amazing place. My group and I planned a skiing trip and it was the perfect location. It was only about 10-15 minutes away from the ski resort. We originally were supposed to stay when the blizzard hit but Ryan was very accommodating and let us reschedule. We were so grateful to be able to enjoy the place. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space for all of us. It was very warm with the nice fireplace. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10 experience!

We took a snow trip to soda spring resort and Ryan’s property is just under 15 minutes away and is right off I80. The property was cozy and well decorated, we felt warm and welcomed and we can find everything we needed in there. We stayed with two other families and we all highly recommend this place for people planning for snow trips to the area. Will definitely come back again!

Our group enjoyed our stay at Ryan's place. So convenient with the place being right off the freeway. The yard space was perfect for snow play for the kids in our group (ages 1-7) and it was great how we could see the kids playing in the yard from the family and living room. The common areas were great. Spacious for our group of 10 but also very cozy feeling. The only thing I wish was noted in the description is that in order to access the room with the queen bed and bunkbed, you have to go through the bedroom with the queen bed or access the room from the outside. Other than that, the spaces inside the house looks better than the pictures.

Ryan was great with communication, flexible with check in/out and the house met all our needs. We will definitely look to book again.
