First I’ll say that Milena was very nice to allow us to check in early so that was a plus. But she send the same messages twice that we’re already on the rules and regulations, at 2 different times it just made us feel stereotyped! I did speak to her and it and she did explained it but this never happened to be before. My family had this to say as well about the place. This was by far the worst Airbnb experience that I have had. The place was filthy, upon arrival I immediately had to start cleaning. You can tell that the home hasn’t been occupied or cleaned in a very significant amount of time. Everything was very dusty, along with crumbs and bugs everywhere. There’s an infestation of fruit flies in the kitchen but they’re all throughout the home.  As expensive as this home was, cleaning it before renting to guests is the least that could’ve been done. We did clean and dust the place before we leave on Sunday!

Perfect place for my family to spend my birthday weekend. We were able to quickly get to Chickasaw Civic Theatre on Friday night, Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival on Saturday and then took a little trip to Alligator Alley on Sunday. All of these places were easily accessible from our location. Many restaurants and grocery stores close by so finding supplies was a breeze. We didn’t spend much time in the home but the time we did spend inside was comfortable and cozy. Excellent host and will book again if staying more than one night in Mobile in the future.

Overall a smooth and convenient stay in Mobile AL. The neighborhood felt safe enough and was pretty quiet. The house was perfect for our needs, all appliances and amenities for a short or long stay. For the price I would stay here over any hotels in the surrounding area!
