We rented Daniel and Karen's house for a quiet family gathering. It was exactly as advertised (six bedrooms, four full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, lanai, ping-pong table, pool, and soccer field), and accommodated our group perfectly. There is plenty of shopping nearby, including an urgent care and pharmacy. The beaches are about ten minutes away. Daniel and Karen were the perfect hosts and provided timely assistance when the neighborhood's Internet service dropped. We will rent this house again -- 100%.

We recently stayed at this property and were impressed with the cleanliness and the variety of entertainment options available. The house has a ping pong table, a swimming pool, and even a small soccer field, making it a fantastic choice for families or groups looking for a fun getaway. The space was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family, with everything in working order. However, there was one aspect of our stay that we found a bit discouraging. The homeowner made several unannounced visits during our stay, sometimes appearing in the backyard while we were inside the house. While we understand the importance of property maintenance, a heads-up before such visits would have been appreciated to ensure our privacy and comfort of our stay. Sometimes he would send a text asking to come over but only happened a few times. Most visits were unannounced. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would recommend this property to others, keeping in mind the random visits.

The home is beautiful and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Daniel was very attentive to any and all needs.

We were extremely happy with this stay. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in his communications. He was also helpful with a few items and questions. The place has great spaces where a large group would not feel smothered. The main living areas, including kitchen were very large. It was also nice having 3 living rooms (sofas) with one being outside. The outdoor area and pool was a hit with the kids and adults! The beds were super comfortable and the linens were high quality. The water temperature and pressure were also perfect! I highly recommend this home!
