When we arrived the AC was off. The house was 86 degrees and it took all night to finally cool off. Immediately there was an awful mildew smell. One of the bunk beds had a broken slat that fell down with nails sticking out of it, which could have really hurt someone. The staircase had a rail broken that kept falling down. One of the dining room chairs had a leg piece broken. Everything was falling apart and was clearly never fixed and just placed back together insecurely. Half of the stove is broken and the burner wouldn’t work. The house had not been cleaned good. The bathroom floor was disgusting. There were clothes left behind from previous guests still in the house. They have an illegal baby deer mounted on the wall. If the antlers don’t go past the ears it’s illegal to kill, this one’s antlers were so small. My uncle is a game warden so that was a bit embarrassing. Overall it’s a nice place, but everything was falling apart. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Won’t be back!

This place was amazing. My family really enjoyed themselves here. The lake was just beautiful, they even had a paddle bout out there. There was a few thing broken when we got there but nothing to major. Now we did have a problem with the neighbor when we was getting our family activities together outside , but he came back and apologized at the end. Other then that I would differently stay here again.

We ended up having a great time. The home functioned well with a large group of men. Plenty to do around the home, we never had an issue with seating, and everyone could spread out with ease.

My Family and I really enjoyed staying at this property, the house is way more beautiful than the pictures, very spacious and clean, I’m definitely going back to this lake house again!
